Mother Nature had accomplished very good work in the past.
You only have to realize it and learn how to express it.
The complex interaction between our home climate, the ideal sun exposure,
the topography and the condition of our soils, who form a wonderful liaison
with our old vines.
The slate stores the whole heat and gradually gives it back to the plants.
You can see the positive effect.

There is nothing to improve.
Our terroir is original. We leave it like it is.
