In vineyard and cellar we have one common philosophy:
Less is more. That doesn’t seem to be new.
It is crucial to find the right balance between traditional viticulture and
modern cellar-technology, to keep the original, typical flavours of our wines.
You have to do gentle pressing, fermentation, filtration and cooling.
We think it’s worth it.
